It is raining or snowing, can the repair or replacement be performed?
No. Moisture is the enemy of any good repair or replacement process. We do offer in shop services that can be performed no matter what the weather is like.

Will I still be able to see the rock chip after it is repaired?
Yes. What we offer is a structural not cosmetic repair. Although you may still see the break, the procedure we perform helps to prevent the damage from spreading.

Average repair takes anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes.

What if the windshield cracks during the repair?
We are not liable for damage that spreads during the repair process. It is our company's stance that we are dealing with broken glass in an attempt to prevent the damage from spreading. Unfortunately there are a few cases, although very rare, where this cannot be prevented and the windshield will need to be replaced.

What causes the rock chip to crack further?
Extreme temperatures, vibrations, bumps in the road…there are many different uncontrollable factors than can cause a chip to turn into a crack. In my opinion, every rock chip can become a crack. It is best to have the damage repaired as soon as possible.

How long before I can drive?
We use the highest quality materials on the market allowing you the quickest possible safe drive away time. Your time will vary depending on temperature and relative humidity. Our adhesives have a cure time of one hour at zero degrees Fahrenheit..

Yes. Our technicians will make every effort to get all visible glass removed from the vehicle. Although it is always a good idea to have your car professionally cleaned or detailed to ensure that all glass is removed

What is your warranty?
All of our workmanship is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. You never have to worry about air or water leaks or loose moldings! Repairs are lifetime guaranteed as well. If you decide you are unhappy with your repair for any reason, we will refund the cost of the repair towards the replacement of the glass.
